How long does shipping take?

All Manulei pieces are made to order.
Production usually takes 2–5 business days, followed by shipping handled by our fulfillment partner.
Estimated delivery times:
• Europe: 5–10 business days
• International: 7–15 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on location and seasonal demand.

Can I return an item?

Each Manulei piece is created specifically for you using a print-on-demand process.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing issues, or personal preference.
However, if your item arrives damaged or with a production defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will gladly assist you.
